Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure ensuring delivery within time budget and quality parameters
• Coordinate and track the progress of assigned projects ensuring timely updates milestone tracking and stakeholder reporting
• Develop review and implement project proposals project plans work breakdown structures detailed schedules and effort/cost forecasts
• Identify manage and prioritize interdependencies across multiple projects particularly within IT digitalization and transformation programs to ensure seamless execution
• Drive Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery using Agile Waterfall and other best practices
• Ensure all project activities align with process and the documentation is consistently maintained including project plans reports presentations
• Assess and manage project risks issues and dependencies proactively implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring business continuity
• Foster strong stakeholder engagement by capturing and balancing views to deliver optimal project outcomes
• Promote continuous improvement and process optimization across the project teams by leveraging insights retrospectives and process audit feedback
• Mentor and Lead junior Project Managers

Person Specifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Project Management or a related field
• 7 years of project management experience with at least 5 years of experience across the full SDLC lifecycle
• Proven experience in managing IT digitalization and transformation initiatives is a strong advantage
• Experience in hybrid delivery models using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP CSM or ACP certifications will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical problem-solving teamwork and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate project-related information
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to anticipate risks and make proactive decisions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships within the organization and with clients
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Exceptional time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) Jira Confluence and Jira Service Management
