Job Purpose

The Head of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the companys sales strategy driving revenue growth expanding market share and leading a high-performing sales team.
This role will identify new business opportunities strengthen customer relationships and ensure the achievement of sales targets in line with the companys strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute account growth plans for existing customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead coach and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding sales objectives KPIs and performance market trends competitor activities and customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
Masters Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
Experience in Freight Forwarding Logistics Supply Chain Transportation or 3PL industry is highly track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
