SAP Manufacturing Specialist Contractual Based (Serang Region)

This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets including animal nutrition and health bioindustrial road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.
The SAP Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for the structure of information to control SAP deployment within the production process across the this role you will monitor SAP progress activities including technical requirements to facilitate better decision making across the location.
- Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Active participation in SAP projects upgrades rollouts and enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Supply chain Quality and IT teams to understand business needs and priorities
- Analyze additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up.
- Identify process failures (functional testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)) and notify the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Generate daily reports to provide structuring information related to the production process.
- Follow up on environment health and security activities for plant partners.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Having experience 3-5 years in SAP (daily support or UAT/Go-Live member or troubleshooting issue SAP vs process)
- Have SAP module knowledge experience in manufacturing (Production Planning Material Planner SAP QM)
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Strong understanding in end-to-end manufacturing processes i.e. Production Planning Material Requirements Planning Purchase Order Goods Issue Goods Receipt Consume Material Finished Goods Receipt
- Having analytical thinking and improvement mindset
- Good communication in English (written verbal)
- Willing to travel across Indonesia plant (Medan Serang Pasuruan Makassar)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
