SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Lead local payroll system support for Indonesia serving as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact.

• Coordinate closely with global support teams and shared services to align on service delivery issue resolution and system enhancements.

• Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configurations schemas and rules tailored to local statutory compliance and operational needs.

• Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and interfaces with third-party/finance systems.

• Demonstrate leadership and analytical problem-solving skills in a dynamic global and matrixed environment.

• Engage effectively with internal stakeholders across all levels ensuring alignment on business requirements and system updates.

• Be willing and available to travel to client sites (local or overseas) as required by project and operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Finance Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

• In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor regulations tax laws and statutory requirements affecting local payroll calculations.

• Practical experience with payroll configuration schemas rules and system integrations (e.g. CPI SAP ERP finance interfaces).

• SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working within a global support model shared services environment or cross-border teams.

• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal capabilities with a collaborative solution-oriented mindset.
