Sales Manager (Government Segment)

The Sales Manager Government is responsible for developing managing and growing business opportunities from government institutions ministries state-owned enterprises (SOEs/BUMN) local government agencies embassies and public sector organizations. The role focuses on maximizing room meeting banquet and event revenue while ensuring compliance with government procurement policies and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Government Business Development

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the government segment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from ministries government agencies local governments SOEs/BUMN embassies and public sector organizations.
• Conduct regular sales calls courtesy visits presentations and relationship-building activities with government clients.
• Build and maintain a strong database of government decision-makers and procurement officers.
• Monitor government tenders procurement opportunities and official travel programs.

Qualifications :

• Strong government networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of government procurement and tender procedures.
• Business development and strategic planning skills.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
