SAC Analytics Cloud

Job Responsibilities

• Designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions within the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) platform.

• Collaborating with finance operations and IT teams to gather requirements translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure data visualization accuracy and integrity.

• Developing dashboards in SAC for operational managerial and executive reporting across cross-domain KPI frameworks (e.g. finance and procurement).

• Defining end-to-end SAC BI strategies including story standards dashboard patterns performance strategy governance security and role-based access design.

• Integrating SAC with other enterprise systems and broader SAP analytics ecosystems (such as SAP-managed semantic layers).

• Optimizing SAC applications for performance troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing technical support.

• Participating in and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution deployment.

• Conducting training sessions and empowering end-users on SAC functionalities best practices and analytics usage.

• Driving stakeholder management delivery quality scoping estimations and delivery planning.

• Ensuring overall data integrity and regulatory compliance across all analytics solutions.

Job Requirements

• Experience & Levels:

  • Associate / Junior (P1): 0–2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud including dashboard creation data validation and reporting analysis.

  • Specialist / Lead / Architect (P3): 5–8 years of total experience in BI/analytics delivery with at least 3 years leading SAC reporting implementations and demonstrated end-to-end development expertise.

• Technical Skills & Architecture:

  • Strong proficiency in SAC story design dashboard creation data modeling deployment and performance optimization.

  • Strong architectural capabilities across data integration governance and secure role-based analytics design.

  • Familiarity with integrating SAC into broader SAP analytics ecosystems and modern analytics roadmaps.

  • Experience or oversight capability with planning add-ons (budgeting forecasting versions and planning models) is a plus.

• Core Competencies & Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of BI fundamentals (KPIs dimensions/measures drill/filter concepts).

  • Knowledge of data integrity compliance and basic data handling using Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven leadership capacity in delivery execution mentoring team members and driving stakeholder alignment.
