Join a hands-on role focused on rubber lining duties onsite where youll uphold strong OHSE standards maintain a safe and compliant work environment and contribute to a zero-incident culture. Youll deliver high-quality rubber lining installation and maintenance work achieve strong on-time performance exceed production targets and work collaboratively while safeguarding critical documentation and materials.
What youll do
- Operational Excellence: Carry out rubber lining installation prep maintenance and inspections in line with SOPs to deliver high-quality results achieve 90% on-time delivery and meet production/revenue targets efficiently.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow and promote OHSE standards use PPE and lockout procedures maintain a clean hazard-free workplace report incidents and support site work when required.
- Collaboration & Control: Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations while securely managing timesheets documents drawings and IP with proper controls.
- Documentation Integrity: Maintain accurate confidential records with strict filing and access protocols.
- Team Leadership: Drive zero non-compliance uphold strong housekeeping standards and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What youll bring
Experience & Expertise: Minimum 2 years as a Rubber Lining Technician with strong technical competence and core lining skills
- Education & Numeracy: High school qualification with solid maths skills to estimate time quantities and materials
- Language Skills: Fluent spoken Indonesian with the ability to read and write in English
- Training & Certification: Completed relevant training in rubber lining/coating OH&S confined space and working at heights
- Technical & Industry Exposure (Desirable): Basic computer skills for reporting and familiarity with lean or continuous improvement practices
- Additional Advantage: Experience in mining/heavy industry and possession of extra safety or technical certifications
