Job Description:

• Own and drive Mekaris Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework end-to-end.
• Build and operationalize AI-powered risk management solutions by integrating LLMs with enterprise data sources and business workflows.
• Enable proactive risk engagement across all business units to strengthen enterprise-wide mitigation.
• Lead the development and continuous enhancement of the Risk Register ensuring accurate risk identification parameters and scoring.
• Influence stakeholders and drive effective execution of risk treatment strategies across the organization.
• Deliver structured actionable risk reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Provide risk-based insights for internal audit planning vendor assessments and new product evaluations.
• Lead risk awareness campaigns training programs and communication initiatives company-wide.
• Maintain compliance readiness for ISO 27001 SOC 2 and other relevant frameworks.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in risk management preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong stakeholder management critical thinking and reporting capabilities.
• Strong understanding of internal controls SOP governance risk assessment and audit follow-up processes.
• Excellent coordination communication interviewing and influencing skills.
• Highly detail-oriented assertive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in tech digital or fast-paced cross-functional environments is an advantage.
