Revenue Manager

We are seeking a Dynamic and Strategic Revenue Manager to join our team at Pullman Jakarta Central Park.

As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies to maximize our Hotels financial performance.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory across all channels.
• Analyze market trends competitive landscape and historical data to forecast demand and make informed pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the management of distribution channels and partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust reporting system to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Implement and optimize revenue management systems and tools to enhance decision-making processes.
• Present revenue performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in hotel revenue management to maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive the hotel annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial target.
• Lead a team of Reservation experts and a revenue analyst.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required
• A minimum of 4 years of extensive experience in revenue management within a five-star hotel establishment or equivalent field demonstrating a proven track record of exceptional performance.
• Comprehensive expertise in advanced revenue optimization strategies and techniques is essential.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and IdeaS Revenue Management system is a must.
• Superior analytical capabilities including the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into strategic actionable plans.

Additional Information :

Prior experience in Hospitality is necessary.
