Referral Associate (Mekari Sign)

• Facilitate the creation and management of sales pipelines and deals
• Develop strategies to foster and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Establish and implement a comprehensive agent referral retention program
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate referral agents on Mekari Signs solutions
• Identify prospective partnerships through methods such as LinkedIn outreach email communication and cold calling with the objective of establishing and nurturing sustainable professional networks
• Present the referral program with the aim of attracting a broader spectrum of agents from diverse backgrounds and industries
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the complete spectrum of agent activities with a primary focus on fostering partnerships and expanding the professional network

• Have 05 to 1-year experience as Sales / Business Development / Partnership background
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft Office)
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English is a plus)
• Fast Learner and detail-oriented
• Have a positive can-do attitude extraordinary hustle disdain for failure and hunger/appreciation for the feedback
