Recreation Attendant (Daily Worker)

SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

To ensure the smooth daily operation safety cleanliness and guest satisfaction within all recreational facilities including the gym swimming pool kids play area recreation room and tenant activity programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Minimum education: High school graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in recreation hospitality fitness center sports club academy residential property or customer service operations (fresh graduates with part time or internship experiences are welcome to apply)
• Certified First Aid & CPR and Personal Trainer certification is an advantage
• Passion for working with children and organizing recreational activities
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment operation and swimming pool safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple recreational areas and activities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Creative detail-oriented organized and able to work efficiently under deadlines
• Physically fit and able to work on shifts weekends and public holidays
• Available to work on a daily worker basis and able to start immediately
