Project Manager MEP (Maritime)

• Deliver MEP report to the client and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide project management support across site as needed.
• Ensure the project under supervision is effectively managed in terms of MEP discipline.
• Report MEP related matters in regular project updates.
• Conduct quality control audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Raise daily observations with the contractor and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare a monthly report for the client based on daily site visits and audit findings.
• Perform weekly and monthly site walks and upload the resulting reports to the document management system.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in site-based project management related project experience will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical related discipline at project.
• Good command in English
• Used to work under pressure and demanded client.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders.
