Project Manager – Interior & Civil Works

Location: South Tangerang

The Project Manager will lead retail fit-out interior and civil projects from planning through completion.

• Manage project schedules manpower materials vendors and subcontractors.
• Supervise civil interior and MEP work at project sites.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients mall management vendors and internal teams.
• Resolve site issues monitor progress and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct quality checks before project handover.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing interior fit-out retail civil or construction projects.
• Able to read technical interior and MEP drawings.
• Familiar with interior materials and mall fit-out procedures.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work mobile and supervise projects on site.
