Project Manager

WORK DESCRIPTION:

• Lead end-to-end project management for mining operations from planning through execution and closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 tracking milestones against RKAB
commitments
• Oversee budget control cost forecasting and CTC reporting for the project
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across mining processing and plant operations
• Ensure project compliance with IUP AMDAL and ESDM regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with contractors EPC partners and government stakeholders
• Monitor production reporting and metallurgical accounting for accuracy where applicable
• Identify and mitigate project risks escalating issues to senior management as needed
• Prepare regular project status reports for executive and board-level review

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in mining with exposure to large-scale capital projects
• Proven track record managing capital projects (construction expansion or greenfield/brownfield development)
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian mining regulatory frameworks (IUP AMDAL RKAB ESDM)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent project scheduling software
• PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred
• Willingness to be based in Eastern Indonesia (remote site conditions)
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering Civil Engineering or related field
