Qualifications
- Manage and coordinate Pressure Vessel fabrication projects to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications engineering requirements quality standards and project schedules.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress resolving technical issues and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Optimize project execution by effectively managing resources materials and fabrication activities.
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications client drawings and engineering documents prior to fabrication.
- Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) fabrication sequences and project execution plans.
- Coordinate engineering production procurement quality and logistics activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor fabrication progress and ensure activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
- Review IFC drawings and shop drawings before release to Production.
- Support project planning by preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate manpower materials and equipment requirements to support fabrication activities.
- Identify and resolve project-related technical and execution issues in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client specifications quality requirements and budget targets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer preferably in Pressure Vessel fabrication EPC or Oil & Gas projects.
- Good understanding of Pressure Vessel fabrication processes engineering drawings MTO preparation and project execution.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings client specifications and fabrication documentation.
- Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a project environment.
- Experience with ASME codes and Pressure Vessel fabrication will be an advantage.
