Project Coordinator RA

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle for IT/Telco solutions ensuring delivery on time within scope and within budget
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients (e.g. MNOs Infrastructure providers)
• Planning & Governance: Define project roadmaps resource allocation and budget tracking. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies or Waterfall milestones as required
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks develop mitigation strategies and resolve bottlenecks to prevent project delays
• Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between technical teams (Developers Architects QA) and business units to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance regulations specific to the Telco industry

Person Specifications

• Experience:
  • Middle: 35 years of IT Project Management experience
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Telecommunication domains (e.g. BSS/OSS Digital Apps 5G IoT VAS or Core Network infrastructure)
• Frameworks: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Tools: Expert-level use of project management tools such as Jira Confluence Microsoft Project or Trello
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Immediate joiners are preferable
• Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is a strong advantage
• Technical Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer Systems Analyst or Network Engineer is highly valued
