Job Description
Responsible for managing and developing the company's product portfolio to ensure products meet market needs customer expectations business objectives and company standards. The product supervisor will coordinate product development improvement market analysis and product performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies based on market trends customer needs and business objectives.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and potential improvements.
Manage the product development process from ideation concept development testing launch and post-launch evaluation.
Coordinate with R&D Production Quality Procurement Sales and Marketing teams regarding product development and improvement.
Monitor product performance sales contribution profitability and market acceptance.
Identify opportunities for product innovation renovation line extension and product portfolio optimization.
Develop product concepts product positioning product benefits and value propositions.
Support pricing analysis and provide recommendations based on market conditions cost competition and product positioning.
Prepare product briefs product information and supporting materials for Sales and Marketing teams.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with relevant departments to address product-related issues.
Conduct regular product performance reviews and recommend corrective or improvement actions.
Support product launches and ensure readiness of product information packaging communication materials and sales support tools.
Prepare regular reports and presentations related to product performance and development.
Supervise and develop team members within the Product function.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing Business Management Industrial Engineering Food Technology or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Product Management Product Development Brand Management or related positions.
Strong understanding of product development and market analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good project management and coordination skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage is highly preferred.
Creative innovative detail-oriented and commercially minded.
