Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Product Operations specialist to guide seamless product setup and adoption across our platforms. You will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of Grab App assets including scheduling homepage features like shopping missions and brand highlights and lead troubleshooting efforts for the user app. Furthermore you will serve as a key bridge between regional product initiatives and stakeholders across our users merchants and driver apps ensuring accurate adoption to foster growth and operational excellence. You will report to the Manager and this role is based onsite at our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Act as the bridge between the regional product team and the GrabMart ID team. This ensures a smooth product roll out and adoption for our users merchants and drivers. To achieve this develop localized rollout plans create training materials for stakeholders and gather feedback to ensure successful feature implementation.
• Act as the project manager to ensure any product experiment and product rollout is according to the timeline while at the same time giving suggestion on a go / no go of the rollout for local market
• Analyze adoption metrics and operational data to report on product performance identifying trends that inform future product prioritization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for GrabMart ID team gathering any product request including creating the impact sizing and justification to ensure we accept the product request.
• Execute end-to-end setup and scheduling of homepage assets on Grab user app in order to support GrabMarts conversion rate

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have a min. 5 years experience interpreting data to draw insights and work with analytical tools such as PowerBI Tableau SQL or similar tools.
• You have an experience to collaborate with team members from different teams
• You are familiar with product setups and experimentation
• You have solid experience and comfortable with numbers
• You have experience managing a team
• You have Heart Hunger Honor and Humility
• You have a can-do mindset and always aim to find the solution when there are challenges
• Experience in e-Commerce or e-Groceries would be an added value
