About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a printing service company with a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet and employs more than 3000 employees worldwide and experienced in the industry for more than 40 years.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead strategic sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP processes negotiations and supplier selection.
  • Manage supplier performance through scorecards covering quality cost delivery and innovation.
  • Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives with a minimum annual savings target of 10% of total spend.
  • Ensure effective contract management and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends supplier capabilities and potential supply risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.
  • Develop procurement KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Lead coach and develop the procurement team.
  • Implement and maintain the Supplier Business Partner Code of Conduct.
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Handle procurement activities for production General Affairs MRO products services and CAPEX requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
  • Experience managing direct indirect MRO and CAPEX procurement.
  • Strong negotiation analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience conducting supplier audits and supplier performance evaluations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS CPSM or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
  • Experience in developing MRO product strategies and procurement processes is highly advantageous.
