Planning and Purchasing Executive
Key Responsibilities
Ensure sales orders are planned in for production and delivered on time.
Manage inventory level for both raw material and Finished Goods to meet sales demand and financial KPIs.
Manage / control all activities of raw material warehouse and monitor deliveries of raw material and packaging to ensure sufficient for Production requirement.
Support Regional Procurement team in managing NPR (Non-Product Related) / Consumable items
Key Tasks
PLANNING ACTIVITIES
Prepare production forecast from sales forecast.
Plan for RMs & packaging according to production plan.
Achieve planning KPI targets by monitoring production plan adherence within agreed accuracy.
PURCHASING ACTIVITIES
Plan and raise purchase orders of RMs and packaging as per requirement of the production plan and ensure timely delivery of materials for production use.
Liaise and work with logistics team and forwarder about delivery schedule of imported raw materials.
Source for new local suppliers / vendors if required.
Support Regional Procurement team to source out new service providers for NPR/ Consumable items.
Support Procurement team to review expired contracts of service providers.

Required education and experience
University Graduate
Min 3 Yrs of management or supervisory experience
Good knowledge of supply chain especially in order fulfilment purchasing and inventory management
Knowledge in MRP / ERP is a pre-requisite
Fluency in English is a prerequisite
Good IT skills in MS applications
