Photography Post-Production & Workflow Assistant

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Photography Post-Production & Workflow Assistant to take full ownership of the backend real estate photography and floorplan workflow.
In this role you will take raw assets provided by our field photographers and manage the entire post-production pipeline through to final gallery delivery and post-delivery client revisions.
Key Responsibilities
- File Management & Ingestion: Download organize and structure camera card uploads from shared folders based on internal file naming conventions.
- Culling & Proofing: Review raw shoots cull images and select the highest-quality shots according to photographer notes and property layout.
- RAW & HDR Processing: Process bracketed RAW exposures for optimal light balance and detail retrieval.
- Color Correction & Retouching: Execute color grading in Adobe Lightroom and advanced retouching (sky replacements lens correction decluttering object removal window pulls) in Adobe Photoshop.
- Floorplan Drafting: Render finished real estate floorplans in Adobe Illustrator using CubiCasa SVG output and company branding templates.
- Export & Gallery Delivery: Apply watermarks export assets to correct specifications and deliver final galleries to clients on time.
- Client Revisions: Handle all post-delivery revision and edit requests promptly.
Key Qualifications & Software Proficiency
- Software Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop (Real estate editing focus).
- Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Vector editing & template management).
- Experience working with CubiCasa SVG outputs is a strong plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate photography standards window pulls HDR exposure blending color temperature balancing and perspective correction (straightening verticals).
- Workflow & Reliability: Exceptional organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
