Job Description:
- Receive handover from Activation at M1.
- Run scripted health-check interviews via WhatsApp & phone.
- Tag each account: Reached/Unreached Happy/Neutral/Unhappy Expansion/Retention/At-Risk.
- Log findings & assign action plans from a fixed catalogue.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales rep Implementation Incubation Finance) until each action is closed.
- Maintain master tracking sheet daily/weekly.
- Escalate per matrix when blockers arise.
Requirements:
- Prior internship in customer service telesales or BPO.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business spreadsheets CRM tools.
