The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Guide mentor and empower team members to maximize daily engagement and productivity while fostering a good performing inclusive growth culture.
• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead the acquisition function to identify market opportunities plan tactical outreach and ensure seamless onboarding for new clients and partners.
• Direct account management efforts to cultivate long-term client relationships optimize customer satisfaction and unlock the value of existing accounts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders particularly Marketing to align on promotional strategies and coordinate the deployment of marketing assets.
• Track daily pipelines and team metrics to deliver clear data-driven progress updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
• 3 years in Sales or Business Development including demonstrated experience leading supervising or mentoring a team.
• Intermediate proficiency in data management and analysis to guide strategic decisions and build clear reports.
• English communication skills for professional business interactions.
• Foundational knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle from initial acquisition through client retention.
• Skill for presentation and negotiation skills across diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting motivating and collaborating with a diverse team.
