Job Role
The Marketing Executive will support the companys business expansion efforts by developing relationships with Chinese manufacturing companies operating in Indonesia. Acting as a key communication bridge between clients and internal stakeholders this role focuses on business development client management and supporting technical sales activities within the industrial materials sector.
The position involves handling B2B sales activities for plastic raw materials and industrial solutions while supporting market penetration initiatives across East Javas major industrial areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive commercially driven and capable of building strong relationships with corporate clients in a fast-moving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities from Chinese companies operating in Indonesia.
Manage client relationships from initial approach through after-sales support.
Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to support sales strategies.
Coordinate communication between Chinese-speaking clients and internal management teams.
Prepare quotations support contract negotiations and coordinate product deliveries.
Conduct customer visits and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
Support sales presentations and technical-commercial discussions with clients.
Prepare sales reports customer updates and market insights for management.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational and customer requirements.
Contribute to market expansion initiatives within targeted industrial sectors.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any major.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Marketing or Business Development within manufacturing trading or industrial sectors.
Experience handling B2B products or corporate clients is preferred.
Understanding of the B2B sales process including lead generation negotiation and account management.
Familiarity with trading operations supply chain coordination or import/export activities is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of plastic raw materials or industrial manufacturing applications is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ERP systems CRM tools and sales reporting.
Business-level Mandarin proficiency both written and spoken.
Business-level English proficiency.
Proactive and resilient personality with strong business development motivation.
Confident communication skills and ability to interact with professional stakeholders independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with market-oriented thinking.
High level of professionalism integrity and adaptability.
Own a car and valid drivers license for customer visits and business activities.
