Get to Know the Role

As the Omnicommerce Manager you will own the P&L and growth strategy for Reservations and Deals in Indonesia. You will lead a team to grow users and revenue through demand generation investment and campaign strategy and sales planning. You will also lead the go-to-market of new products and features and represent the voice of Indonesian merchants and customers in regional discussions influencing future product development and priorities. You will report to the Head of Omnicommerce and be based onsite in Grabs Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Drive P&L topline growth profitability and overall performance of Reservations and Grab Dineout Deals.
• Lead growth strategy: Identify growth opportunities and develop demand generation campaign investment and sales strategies.
• Structure the problem statements including root cause analysis to ensure we are solving the right problems
• Shape GTM and execution: Lead end-to-end rollout of new products and features from strategy and market readiness through execution and adoption.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and execution: Align stakeholders on priorities navigate different perspectives and proactively push initiatives forward to deliver business outcomes.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 6 years of experience in strategy management consulting with a Bachelors degree in Business Finance Industrial Engineering or a related field. Technology industry experience or an MBA would be an added value.
• Has a commercial and financial acumen including P&L management financial modelling and investment analysis.
• Clear articulation in written & verbal communication skills with storyboarding skills with a ability to build executive-level presentation decks in Google Slides
• Experience leading teams and delivering results through cross-functional stakeholders.
• Think outside the box and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills (can write advanced macros); SQL Python or R is an advantage.
