The Manager 1 Production Management is responsible for leading and managing all production activities for an assigned production floor and new production line. This role ensures production targets quality standards safety requirements cost objectives and delivery commitments are achieved while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The position leads cross-functional coordination workforce management and process optimization to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
5 years of experience in a production environment including managerial experiences
Strong English communication skills as the role will involve reporting to the SLT
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical etc.) or Science (Mathematics Chemistry etc.)
Strong understanding of investigation tools and principles including problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis approaches
Experience in planning execution and performance evaluation
Proven experience in managing coaching and developing people
