• Lead the planning and execution of technical projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project priorities scope goals and deliverables.
• Establish and manage project timeline resource allocation vendors and budgets proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes by implementing best practices and methodologies using waterfall or agile
• Mentor and coach team members fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation.
• Maintain project artifacts from initiating to post implementation phase
