Job Description: 1. Recording all logistic related expenses
Depot
Feeder Partner
Intermodal
Other logistic activities
2. Reviewing all logistic related invoices to check whether its already valid need revision or reject.
3. Monitoring all logistic expenses to check for cost saving.
4. Reporting all logistic cost activities by weekly basis.
5. Create monthly cost report for finance department.
6. Create monthly feeder support report for MSC Regional.
7. Solving cost and expenses dispute with user.
Qualifications and Experience: Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in any disciplines from reputable university
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics sector
Familiar with logistic related costs
Good organization skills and data management
Good English proficiency both verbal and written
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office especially Excel
Ability to work under pressure
