LITTLE THINKERS SCHOOL ADMIN (STUDENT RECRUITMENT)

• Actively search for new students enrollment
• Explain clearly to parents upon enrollment on School Policy and Clauses
• Set up a detailed Open House/school bazaar/events and involve the presence of the Academic Team on the day
• Maintain good communication with new parents
• Set up partnership with local institutions to expand schools exposure
• Maintain a database of new leads of students accurately and timely
• Acts as Relationship Officer to parents
• Coordinates closely with school admin in regards to existing students (Retainment program)
• Coordinates closely with Finance in following up on outstanding payments discounts and receipt of payments
• Coordinates closely with Operations in following up on issues related to transportation books uniforms and others
• Assisting in admin work (especially when school admin is occupied). Such as: handling phone call handling administrative duties
• Respond to parents inquiries regarding administrative matters.
• Address parents complaints and concerns as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent.
• Experience with educational institutions or comparable organizations at least 1 year but fresh graduate are welcome
• Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
• Strong communication skills patience empathy and the ability to work as part of a team
• able to understand and communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Famliar to operate Microsoft Office (Excel Word and Power Point)
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
