As a Legal Secretary you will provide administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars appointments and meeting schedules.
- Prepare format presentations and reports for internal and external use including practice group updates client pitches and management reports.
- Process billing invoicing and client fee statements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage reimbursement claims including collection of receipts preparation of expense reports and coordination with the finance team for approval and payment.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Conduct conflict checks for new clients and matters in accordance with firm procedures.
- Handle incoming calls emails and client inquiries professionally.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings travel arrangements and conference bookings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in business administration Office Management or a related field.
- 02 years of administrative or secretarial experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage but not required.
