Job Description:

Support the Knowledge & Learning team in maintaining knowledge base materials and assisting with the coordination and delivery of learning and training activities while gaining hands-on exposure to knowledge management and learning & development practices.

• Assist in developing organizing and updating knowledge base materials manuals FAQs and documentation for internal teams and/or customers under the guidance of the Knowledge & Learning team.
• Support reviews of the customer-facing knowledge base to help keep content accurate and up to date with the latest product and service information.
• Help prepare materials logistics and content for training sessions workshops and onboarding programs for employees.
• Help maintain and organize records related to learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS).
• Track participation and progress of training initiatives and help prepare simple summary reports for the team.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate (any major); currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors Degree.
• Available to intern for a minimum of 3 months.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express information clearly and simply.
• Interest in knowledge management learning & development training or content creation is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized able to help manage multiple small tasks or projects at once.
• Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Fast learner proactive and adaptable to new tools and processes (e.g. LMS Knowledge Based Tools).
• Basic proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g. MS Office).
