Job Summary
Manage the daily kitchen operations in our Cabana Restaurant.
Prepare and ensure consistent quality taste and presentation of South American cuisine.
Lead guide and develop the culinary team during daily operations.
Ensure strong compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety standards.
Qualifications :
Local Indonesian candidate with strong experience in South American cuisine.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Good leadership teamwork and communication skills with a strong passion for culinary excellence.
