Hiring: Junior IT Support Engineer

Our client a leading satellite services company is looking for a high-potential Junior IT Support Engineer to support its daily IT operations and users.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for client’s application
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems when required.
Support IT documentation asset records system updates and basic network monitoring.
Ensure timely and professional support to internal users.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
MUST HAVE: Minimum GPA of 3.50.
MUST HAVE:Graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas.
MUST HAVE: Strong English communication skills are essential.
Around one year of IT support experience or an excellent fresh graduate with strong technical capability.
Good problem-solving communication and service-oriented skills.
