IT Infrastructure & Network Security

Job Responsibilities

This role will support network security cloud security secure protocols and cybersecurity practices while responding effectively to potential security incidents.

• Maintain and monitor the security of IT infrastructure and network environments.
• Configure manage and troubleshoot network security technologies including firewalls VPNs DNS and TCP/IP-based networks.
• Implement and maintain security controls across cloud environments.
• Monitor security events and support the identification investigation and resolution of security incidents.
• Apply secure communication protocols and cryptographic principles to protect systems and data.
• Assess infrastructure and applications against recognized cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Support security assessments vulnerability management and continuous improvement of security controls.
• Collaborate with IT and other business teams to identify and mitigate infrastructure and cybersecurity risks.
• Maintain appropriate security documentation reports and incident records.
• Respond effectively to security incidents and other critical infrastructure issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Security Cybersecurity Network Security or a related field.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS VPN and firewalls.
• Knowledge of cloud security and experience with at least one major cloud platform such as Alibaba Cloud AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of cryptography and secure communication protocols.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies such as MITRE ATT&CK NIST and OWASP Top 10.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a security-focused mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure particularly during security incidents.
• High level of ethics integrity and accountability.
• Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to security-related tasks.
• Experience in the FinTech payment systems banking or financial technology industry is a strong advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Semarang.
