Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading B2B technology company providing cloud-based supply chain and digital commerce solutions across Southeast Asia.

Job Description

Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring technical and business feasibility.

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure milestones are achieved.

Team Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time within scope and within budget.

• Mentor motivate and supervise project team members fostering accountability and positive action.

Risk and Change Management:

• Manage changes in project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients vendors and internal teams.

• Communicate project status progress and updates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Provide escalations and resolutions for issues and conflicts to ensure smooth project delivery

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management Business IT or related fields.

• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g. PMP Agile Scrum) is a plus.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of project management experience preferably in software development

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Scrum preferred).

• Excellent organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project) and MS Office Suite.

• Independent and proactive in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage resources effectively.

• Collaborative and adaptable with a results-driven attitude.
