The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support business analysis including market sizing benchmarking operations strategy customer pain-point analysis and process improvement.
• Monitor key payment metrics and prepare regular performance updates using data from relevant sources.
• Investigate business issues and identify opportunities to improve payment performance across Grabs ecosystem.
• Translate data and research findings into clear insights conclusions and actionable recommendations.
• Support the development of presentations reports and analysis for business reviews and project discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Grab and external stakeholders to gather information align on priorities and support successful project delivery.
• Track project progress follow up on action items and assist with implementing agreed business improvements.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
• Comfortable using Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience working with data-querying tools.
• Curious about digital payments financial technology and Grabs business ecosystem.
