Indonesian Representative

Tasks

• This role is not purely sales the candidate will be expected to handle both Sales and Operations
• Manage and control all FESCO sales activities in the Indonesia market.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with customers freight forwarders NVOCCs and logistics partners.
• Communicate with customers and report directly to FESCO/DBF Vietnam.
• Analyze the existing database pipeline and market intelligence to identify business opportunities.
• Research and develop new leads for CIF and FOB cargo flows.
  Identify and secure new potential volumes within Southeast Asia (SEA).
• Explore potential logistics and infrastructure projects related to regional shipping expansion.
• Support the QEL sales team in joint commercial initiatives.
• Represent FESCO in government meetings official events and industry networking sessions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Logistics International Business Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 35 years of sales experience in shipping line
• Strong understanding of SEA container trade CIF/FOB terms and port operations.
• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate remotely with teams in Vietnam and Russia.
• Analytical thinking with experience in sales reporting and market research.
• Fluent in English
• Existing relationships with regional shippers importers exporters or logistics providers is an advantage.
• Russian speaking is an advantage.
• Local Indonesian candidates only. Prefer young and proactive candidates (born around 1994-2000)
