Human Resources Specialist

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a company that operates across communication networks information technology (ICT) data centre services and emerging new energy solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations and support daily HR operations.
• Assist in payroll administration and ensure accurate employee records.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and organizational needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience covering recruitment and other HR functions.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
• Experience in the IT telecommunications data center or related industries is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
