About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a prominent producer of PVC hoses in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and implement talent development and employee capability programs.
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment performance management learning & development and employee relations.
- Design and implement competency-based HR practices.
- Lead and continuously improve recruitment and selection processes.
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Build an engaging workplace culture that effectively supports a multigenerational workforce.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Psychology Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is required.
- Strong HR Generalist background with a passion for continuous learning in Human Capital.
- Solid understanding of Competency-Based Training (CBT) and competency frameworks.
- Experienced in recruitment and employee selection methods.
- Strong business partnering communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Youthful mindset with the ability to engage and manage Gen Z employees effectively.
