Human Capital & Compliance Manager

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading technology company specializing in digital infrastructure across banking payments and related services.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an HC & Compliance Manager to lead the strategic implementation of Human Capital initiatives and internal compliance processes. This role will oversee people development HR governance regulatory compliance risk management and internal audit activities while ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Develop and implement Human Capital strategies policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and continuously improve HR processes policies and internal compliance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws regulations internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead and support people development programs including employee development and organizational initiatives.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews audits and risk assessments and ensure appropriate follow-up and corrective actions.
• Support the company in maintaining compliance with ISO standards or other relevant certifications.
• Analyze HR and compliance-related data prepare management reports and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve HRIS/HCMS and other Human Capital-related systems.
• Work closely with management and relevant departments to identify compliance gaps and implement improvements.
• Guide management and employees regarding HR policies compliance requirements and workplace regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Law Human Resources Management or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Organizational & Industrial Psychology is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital HR Compliance or a related managerial position.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Human Capital management and execution.
• Good understanding of labor laws regulatory requirements internal policies and compliance management.
• Experience in developing and implementing employee and people development programs.
• Experience in internal audit risk assessment compliance monitoring and corrective action management.
• Experience supporting ISO certification compliance programs or similar management systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to management.
• Proficiency in HRIS/HCMS and standard office applications.
• Strong leadership communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in a managerial HC HR or Compliance role preferably within financial services fintech or technology-focused organizations.
• Willing to work onsite in Semarang.
