About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading tire manufacturer in Indonesia. Founded in 1996 the company operates a factory near a mountainside in Citeureup Bogor covering 208000 sqm. They produce a range of high-performance passenger car radial tires light truck radial tires and truck and bus conventional tires. With a commitment to safety innovation creativity and customer orientation the company has successfully exported to over 90 countries and holds numerous certifications including ECE DOT and ISO 9001.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Industrial Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety
Valid OHS (K3) certification.
Knowledge and practical experience in implementing ISO 45001:2018.
Strong understanding of Quality and Environmental Management Systems aligned with SNI ISO QMS 9001 & SNI ISO EMS 14001 standards.
Strong knowledge of relevant occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
Minimum 10 years of work experience as an HSE Manager in the manufacturing sector.
Willing to be placed in Citeureup Bogor Regency West Java.
Job Responsibilities
Perform assessment implementation and evaluation of HSE programs.
Implement and maintain environmental safety programs.
Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes.
Evaluate workplace environments and develop safety management policies.
Review and update HSE policies to enhance safety opportunities and introduce new preventive measures.
Provide guidance and support personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
Promote awareness of process-based approaches and risk-based thinking.
