- Develop and implementHSE policies procedures and safety programs on-site
- Conduct inspectionsand hazard assessments; identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliancewith K3 regulations and local/international safety standards
- Provide training conduct safety inductions toolbox talks and awareness programs
- Investigate incidents document accidents near-misses and implement corrective actions
- Monitor PPEusage and enforce safety protocols across all workers
- Manage environmentalimpact waste disposal and hazardous materials handling
- Maintain documentation HSE records permits certifications and reports
- Coordinate communicationbetween project management contractors and site personnel
- Promote safety cultureand worker engagement in HSE initiatives
- Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering (or related field)
- Certification: SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry
- Specialized Experience: Proven track record as HSE Personnel on multi-story building construction renovation or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors)
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in HSE management systems (ISO 45001 OHSAS 18001)
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities
- Leadership and ability to influence safety culture
- Proficiency in HSE software and reporting tools
- Physical ability to conduct site inspections
- Fluency in English and/or local language
