Job Summary
Job Description
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment selection onboarding and HR administration for teachers and educational support staff.
Maintain and oversee HR records employment contracts attendance leave management employee documentation and other personnel administration processes.
Coordinate payroll administration compensation benefits allowances and incentive programs in collaboration with the finance team.
Develop and implement performance management systems career development frameworks talent management initiatives and succession planning strategies.
Design organize and monitor training programs professional development initiatives certifications coaching activities and employee bonding or scholarship programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws employment regulations and internal school policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations matters disciplinary processes workplace issues and employee grievance resolution.
Prepare HR reports workforce analytics and strategic insights to support management decision-making.
Foster a positive productive and values-driven workplace culture aligned with the school's vision and mission.
Act as the primary liaison between management and employees supporting the implementation of HR policies employee engagement programs well-being initiatives and retention strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology Human Resource Management Law or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources Human Capital or a related function.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes personnel administration employee relations and talent development practices.
Highly detail-oriented organized and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication interpersonal coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working in educational institutions including schools and boarding schools will be an advantage.
