Job Summary

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment selection onboarding and HR administration for teachers and educational support staff.

  • Maintain and oversee HR records employment contracts attendance leave management employee documentation and other personnel administration processes.

  • Coordinate payroll administration compensation benefits allowances and incentive programs in collaboration with the finance team.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems career development frameworks talent management initiatives and succession planning strategies.

  • Design organize and monitor training programs professional development initiatives certifications coaching activities and employee bonding or scholarship programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws employment regulations and internal school policies and procedures.

  • Manage employee relations matters disciplinary processes workplace issues and employee grievance resolution.

  • Prepare HR reports workforce analytics and strategic insights to support management decision-making.

  • Foster a positive productive and values-driven workplace culture aligned with the school's vision and mission.

  • Act as the primary liaison between management and employees supporting the implementation of HR policies employee engagement programs well-being initiatives and retention strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology Human Resource Management Law or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources Human Capital or a related function.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes personnel administration employee relations and talent development practices.

  • Highly detail-oriented organized and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience working in educational institutions including schools and boarding schools will be an advantage.
