Head of MNC

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a printing service company with a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet and employs more than 3000 employees worldwide and experienced in the industry for more than 40 years.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key multinational clients across Asia particularly China Taiwan Japan and Korea.
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to support their business goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage long-term client relationships.
• Address and resolve client concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare account progress performance and forecast reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
• Experience managing multinational clients preferably across Asia.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is required.
• Willingness and ability to work with clients across China Taiwan Japan and Korea.
