As a Senior Warehouse Assistant you will support daily warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment ensuring safe handling accurate inventory and efficient outbound shipments. You will work closely with operations planning and 3PL partners to ensure smooth material flow and reliable delivery. Your role is key to maintaining safety quality and compliance standards.

• Ensure safe handling of products during receiving put-away transfer and outbound activities
• Support outbound shipments to ensure accuracy quality and timely dispatch
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle count support
• Perform picking packing labeling and material handling activities according to procedures
• Coordinate with planning teams and 3PL warehouse partners for smooth operations
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with GMP food safety and EHS requirements

Your professional profile includes:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics Shipping or related field
• Minimum 34 years of experience in warehouse/logistics within a manufacturing environment
• Certification in SIO Forklift and/or SIO Pallet Mover
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
• Strong analytical skills particularly in stock/data analysis
• Familiarity with GMP food safety and safety standards
• Demonstrated strong data analysis skills high in computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
