At our manufacturing site in Indonesia you will play a critical role in strengthening our Environment Health & Safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting to the EHS Manager you will partner with teams across the organization to identify risks drive continuous improvement and help build a safe and sustainable workplace where people and business can thrive.
Your role includes:
- Supporting regulatory compliance activities and ensuring alignment with local EHS requirements.
- Leading incident investigations identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
- Coordinating EHS training programs toolbox talks and awareness initiatives across the site.
- Conducting safety inspections risk assessments and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
- Supporting audits permit management and interactions with government authorities on EHS matters.
- Promoting a strong safety culture by collaborating with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Health & Safety Engineering Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing or chemical industry environment.
- Knowledge of local EHS regulations compliance requirements and permit management.
- Experience conducting incident investigations risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Relevant EHS certifications recognized in the local market.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
