Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the overall Human Resources function and HR strategy across the organization.
Develop and implement HR policies processes and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Oversee key HR functions including talent management employee relations performance management and organizational development.
Work closely with senior management to provide HR insights and support business decision-making.
Lead develop and manage the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
Oversee HR and General Affairs operations to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day activities.
