About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a private seafood testing and inspection laboratory based in Bali that provides food safety testing and certification services for seafood exporters and food businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company's strategic plans business objectives and annual
  budgets in alignment with company goals and business priorities.
• Provide leadership and ensure e ective performance of all managerial and functional
  areas to achieve organizational objectives.
• Drive overall business performance by monitoring revenue growth profitability cash flow
  working capital and operational e iciency.
• Oversee key business functions and multiple business entities.
• Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities partnerships investments and
  growth initiatives to support long-term business expansion and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory requirements governance
  standards and internal control systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Company
  Management customers suppliers government authorities and financial institutions.
• Represent the Company in strategic meetings audits negotiations and external
  business engagements.
• Lead tuna sourcing and procurement activities to ensure adequate raw material supply
  quality and cost competitiveness.
• Drive manufacturing performance through yield improvement productivity
  enhancement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety quality traceability sustainability and customer
  requirements.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with fishing vessel operators suppliers
  government agencies and industry stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex and dynamic
  business environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or general management role with
  full accountability for business performance.
• Strong business acumen with solid understanding of core business functions including
  operations finance supply chain and organizational management.
• Proven track record in driving business growth profitability and operational excellence
  and organizational performance.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and complex
  organizational structures.
• Strong leadership communication negotiation decision-making and stakeholder
  management skills.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced or multientity
  environment is an advantage.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
