Food and Beverage Team Member 

As a Food and Beverage Team Member youll be integral to our front-of-house operations.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including serving guests managing reservations preparing and serving drinks and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Whether youre a Waitress/Waiter Host/Hostess or Bartender your role is crucial in delivering high-quality service and enhancing our guests overall experience.

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role:

• Minimum experience in Food & Beverage preferably within a premium hotel environment
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
• Enthusiasm for high-quality food and beverage experiences
• Strong communication skills with a focus on people and teamwork
• Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and resolve guest complaints
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations food handling best practices
• Understanding of food and beverage operations inventory and ordering
• A strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow within the company
• Flexibility to work various shifts across different meal periods weekends and public holidays
