Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily Workflow (WF) and SC/HC clearing activities ensuring transactions and outstanding items are reviewed processed and cleared accurately and on time.
Drive job costing compliance within FinOps and across relevant functions working closely with internal stakeholders to support achievement of FTHR targets.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding items identifying issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and closure.
Drive timely and accurate billing by working closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure billing requirements are met and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Support PTP (Procure-to-Pay) activities particularly WF posting and clearance ensuring transactions are processed in line with established procedures and targeted KPIs.
Monitor and improve workflow performance proactively identifying recurring issues process gaps and opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain Indonesia country FinOps Health Metrics ensuring key performance indicators remain within target and supporting actions to maintain a Green performance status.
Collaborate with Finance Procurement Operations and other cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues and ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
What we are looking for:
12 years of experience in Finance Operations or a related field is preferred.
Good understanding of financial processes and transaction workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for discrepancies and process gaps.
Result-driven strong logical & analytical capacity
Well organized with high attention to detail
Team player can act with teams locally as well as the GSC teams
Team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills strong integrity
Skilled in written and spoken English.
